A modular piece of equipment, easy to attach to an existing line, the SM 50 Slicing Machine provides precise and standardized cuts, with a capacity of up to 4,000 loaves per hour. Its adjustable belt system ensures maximum efficiency, with the possibility of customizing the size of the slices, from 10mm to 22mm, in addition to offering easy maintenance.
Built with anti-corrosion material, the Slicer also has pulse speed control, lower conveyor belt and upper belt to stabilize the products, in addition to a drawer that collects the waste generated during the cutting process.
