Components:
AMT 50 Anti-Mold Tunnel: applies anti-mold evenly and precisely, ensuring greater durability to the products. The filtration system allows the reuse of surplus anti-mold.
SM 50 Slicer: provides a standardized cut and high productivity, with a capacity of up to 4,000 loaves per hour.
PM 50 Automatic Packing Machine: It has state-of-the-art software and sensor to open and pack automatically, with a capacity of up to 3,000 packages per hour.
SCM 60 Sealer: closes the packages with automated temperature control and cuts the packaging surplus, ensuring greater use of inputs.
TM 50 Tying Machine: closes up to 3,000 packages per hour, with automatic adjustment for different package sizes, ensuring durability and quality in closing.
Rotary Table: facilitates the flow of packaged, sealed and tapered products for stock, with a diameter of 1.20m and adjustable height of up to 70cm, optimizing boxing.
