The Sigamaq mold greaser speeds up and standardizes the preparation of molds.
It has automatic activation that avoids waste: in addition to speeding up the grease process, the equipment has high-precision nozzles for uniform spraying.
- The molds pass through the automatic rolling conveyor belt and arrive prepared at the tip;
- The products come out of the molds easily, perfectly greased, ensuring that there is no loss of product when unmolding.
This solution also has a device for reusing grease inputs and meets the prerequisites of the Brazilian safety standard NR 12.
