KSM 40

With a capacity of up to 2,400 loaves per hour, the KSM 40 Slicer combines high productivity with versatility. It’s easy-to-change, its frame slicer system offers the advantage of reusability, as well as allowing the buns to be peeled, reducing costs and offering flexibility in production. The KSM 40 can be customized with slices ranging from 6.5mm to 22mm, adapting to the specific needs of each operation.

Equipped with two belts — a lower one, which transports the bread, and an upper one, which stabilizes and pulls the product — this solution is synonymous of automation, reducing the need for human action during operation and ensuring a more efficient and precise process.
