The delegation will visit Alimentec, one of the world’s largest food industry fairs. The trip will also include visits to established customers in both countries, in addition to presenting solutions to other potential buyers.
For ten days, a delegation from Sigamaq, a manufacturer of equipment and solutions for post-oven bakery lines located in Massaranduba (SC), is expected to further strengthen its presence in the international market. The group will travel to two Latin American countries with agendas focused on networking and the search for new business partners.
In Colombia, they will visit Alimentec, one of the world’s largest food industry fairs, and will also participate in the Brasil FoodService project, carried out in partnership between the Brazilian Association of Food Equipment, Ingredients and Accessories Industries (Abiepan) and ApexBrasil. And in Peru, the work of bringing the expertise of machines with the Santa Catarina seal continues: conversations will be held with established customers, in addition to meetings with potential new distributors of Sigamaq products.
“Our expansion strategy includes reinforcing our presence at international events, not only to see what is being done in other markets, but also to showcase the unique features of our post-oven equipment. In addition, we have an interesting project focused on the so-called IIoT, the Internet of Things focused on industry, which could be a game-changer in the production process of several businesses in the bakery segment,” says Lucas Pottmayer, CEO of the company.
Sigamaq already has an established presence in bakery players in Colombia and Peru, as well as other countries in Latin America.
